Qualifications

Once you have selected one of our homes. Complete the rental application and fax it to our office. Our homes are not rented on a first come, first served basis, but on instead will be rented on the basis of information received on the application forms. Credit worthiness, current income and job stability will be among the factors considered in the eventual decision.

Rent Discount Program

We offer a rent discount for all our tenants. If you pay your rent on the first of each month we will offer you a fifty dollar discount. All we ask is that your rent is received by mail by the first of each month and that you are responsible for the first fifty dollar worth of repairs if any each month. Discount not available on all properties. Check with property manager before completing the application.

Section 8 Welcome

We are proud to offer nice homes in nice neighborhoods. We offer these homes to all Section 8 candidates as well as non Section 8 candidates. We will work with each candidate to quickly process your paperwork and get the property inspected as soon as possible.

If you are a Section 8 candidate, you will need to select one of our homes and complete the application. Once you provided the appropriate voucher you are pre-approved for the property.

Application Process

Our application process is simple. Once you select the home, call for an appointment to view the home. Then complete the application. You will need to pay the first months rent and the security deposit to move into your new home.
